this class is an erotic movement arts exploration that invites students into the experience of self-intimacy, nervous system care and feeling more pleasure through sensual dance and spiritual devotion. this healing art form was created by Rié Katagiri in Los Angeles.

set on the padded floor, this gentle movement class will begin with warmup conditioning and mobility practices for myofascial release, followed by an intuitive dance sequence that will invite softening of your heart and the expansion your hips for the flow of erotic energy within you.

there will be a community altar in devotion to Quan Yin, the deity of compassion. engagement with the altar is optional, though please know that her energy will be permeating the space, creating the container for whatever needs to emerge.
