reiki, or líng qì liáo fǎ (灵气疗法, palm healing) is an energy healing modality that uses sacred symbols and focused intentions to create subtle yet powerful shifts within the energetic and spiritual body.

as a practitioner, i use a combination of Reiki symbols and qì gōng principles to create conditions where the body's intrinsic capacity to self-heal can initiate and unravel. i work primarily with the organs, meridians and energy centers, and will also channel messages from your spiritual team as they appear.

through engaging your parasympathetic nervous system and the deeply relaxing theta state of rest and digest, you'll likely experience relaxation and restoration, release in muscle tension, and shifts in your subtle energy body.

this healing modality is gentle, powerful and goes only as deep as you desire and will allow it to be received. i practice a self-determined care, trauma-sensitive, inter-sovereign, needs-based and consensual framework of energy healing, which means that i have no agenda besides holding space for your blueprint of health to unfold.
